Every 4th Friday of the month, TPC invites a speaker to present to the senior population during lunch. Topics range from online identity theft, musicals, local interests, news, health issues, retirement, etc. Lunch is $7 paid at the door and transportation gladly provided upon request.
This month’s luncheon, we welcome author Becki Willis, who is best known for her popular The Sisters, Texas Mystery Series. Becki always dreamed of becoming an author, and in November of 2013 that dream became a reality. Since that time she has published over a dozen books, won first place honors for Best Mystery Series, Best Suspense Fiction and Best Audio Book. She is an avid history buff who likes to poke around in old places and learn about the past. Other addictions include reading, writing, junking, unraveling a good mystery and coffee. She loves to travel and makes her home on a Texas ranch. Becki is a member of the Association of Texas Authors, the National Association of Professional Women and the Brazos Writers organization. She attended Texas A&M and majored in journalism.
