During the month of June, Dr. Phyllis Tippit will teach a four-week Adult Sunday School series on Struggling with Faith in the Modern World.
Dr. Tippit is Trinity’s Pastoral Assistant. She attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is an ordained Baptist minister who has experience as a Chaplain, Director of Worship, Singles Director and Director of Adult Education. Before joining the ministry, Phyllis studied science and received a Ph.D in geology, before serving as an Explorationist at ARCO Oil and Gas for 14 years.
