We have a great start to the summer at Trinity!
VBS was a tremendous success. Children and adults had a significant week. I am thankful for all who participated and those who offered leadership. Youth mission trips have begun with a tremendous trip for our middle school students to Oklahoma City and we have more trips planned for different ages.
This week, our choir gathered for an end of the year party. They are now taking a well-deserved break in the summer. Please look for special musicians during the upcoming Sundays.
This Sunday, we will receive and introduce our class of new members. It will be exciting to welcome folks into the life of Trinity. The final question I ask all new members: “Will you help us be better followers of the Christ?” Then I ask the same question to our elders receiving new members. This is so important! It is our responsibility to travel together encouraging and supporting one another. In addition, this Sunday we will conclude our Purpose Driven series by looking to Paul’s letter to the Galatians.
I hope you are able to join us this Sunday at 10 am either in person or online.
Blessings,
Woody Brown
Sr. Pastor
