The Disciple program is a series of intensive, nine-month long studies of various sections of the Bible. Participants commit to daily reading and study and meet once a week to discuss their discoveries. Classes begin in early September and end in mid-May.
Disciple Bible Study 1 – Phyllis Tippit – Sundays from 9-10:30 room 304 – An overview of the Old and New Testament.
Disciple Bible Study 2– Dan Muenchau – Tuesdays from 9:30-11:00 am in Room 305 – A deeper reading of Genesis and Exodus in the Old Testament and of Luke and the Acts of the Apostles in the New Testament.
Continuing Disciples – Carol Tuel – Fridays at 10 am in room 304 beginning after Labor Day – A small group for men and women who have completed the Disciple Bible Study program.
In addition to Disciple Classes, Trinity offers other study opportunities for those interested in growing their faith through educational resources. See some of the opportunities below:
Still Waters – Kay Morse – 1st and 3rd Tuesday in room 303 – A study group for women.
The Spiritual Life – Sharon Montgomery – 1st and 3rd Wednesdays in room 304 – A study group for women.
Young Adults – Ages 22-35 that meet periodically for dessert, drinks, and Bible Study. Child care is provided.
Bound Together Book Club – Linda Wilcox – Even months 1st Friday from 9:30-11 in room 302 – The book club meets six times during the year.
The Sandwich Generation – Karen Gantt – What do I need to know to help my aging parents or to handle their estate and what do I need to leave for my children to do the same? These are important questions that many of us put off until it is too late. Join us for this 2-part class on what we need to have in place.
